How do I get started?

Getting started is easy! You can either book and move in directly through our website, or contact us and we’ll send a secure online move-in link to your phone or email. Once you’ve completed the form, made your payment, and we’ve verified your ID, we’ll send you your personal gate PIN and a map showing the exact location of your storage unit. That’s it—you’re ready to move in! Just remember to bring your own padlock to secure your space.

What can’t I put into storage?

For safety and legal reasons, you can’t store flammable or combustible materials, hazardous or toxic substances, perishable goods such as food or plants, stolen or illegal items, or anything that could harm the environment. If you’re ever unsure about a specific item, just get in touch—we’re happy to help.

Is there a minimum storage period?

We have a one-month minimum charge, but you're welcome to use the storage for as little as a day if needed. When you're ready to move out, we just ask for 14 days' notice.

How do I pay?

Payments are made automatically each month in advance, using either your credit card or a direct debit from your bank account. We also require a one-month deposit bond, which is fully refunded when you move out—provided your storage space is left empty and clean.

Do I need insurance?

You can either book and move in online directly from our website or you can contact us and we can send you an online move in link to your phone or email. Once this is complete, we have received payment and verified your ID, we send you a PIN for the gate and map showing the location of your space. You’re then good to go, just don’t forget to bring your own padlock.

How secure is my space?

Your storage unit is secured with your own padlock, so only you hold the key. The entire facility is fully fenced and protected by an electric security gate with individual PIN code access. The premises are also monitored by surveillance cameras to help ensure your belongings stay safe and secure.
